Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, preferred timescale, project details and photographs. Please do not send information that is not needed for the enquiry.
How the information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to your request, assess whether the location and work are within scope, prepare a quotation where appropriate, and manage any work you decide to proceed with.
Sharing and storage
Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by providers used for website hosting, email or business administration, or disclosed where required by law. It is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, and applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information is held about you and request correction or deletion where the law allows. Email matt@mylightingman.co.ukto make a request. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
How website enquiries are sent
The enquiry panel prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not receive the information until you review and send that email.
